Immunization Requirements for Future Enrollment

All Student Requirements

  1. Proof of 2 MMRs (2 shots). This is required for all students born after 1/1/1957
  2. Completed University of Nebraska at Omaha Pre-Enrollment Health Requirement Document

International Student Requirements
