An accident and illness plan is available to all UNO students enrolled in at least three (3) credit hours. This is a reasonably priced policy designed to provide benefits for medical expenses arising from an accident or illness. Participation in the plan is voluntary.

• Receive your claim or referral form.
• Receive technical assistance in completing claim forms.
• Receive assistance in signing up for family coverage.
